The Mission 

At this time, the situation regarding the standards of quality and prices of all products in the CBD industry, are currently inconsistent and untrustworthy. In the interests of establishing public confidence and acceptance, it is therefore a necessity that the CBD industry immediately self regulates. If the industry continues to offer random quantities, qualities, prices and claims, then obviously the various governments and international bodies will apply their interpretations of what the regulations should be, which will not be based on knowledge or experience, but on fear and ignorance. It is therefore essential that we adopt this responsibility immediately

At World Hemp Regulatory Association, we have adopted this approach since inception and our objective has always been to internationally standardize the acceptance of Hemp, CBD products and their legal specifications throughout the industry, in the most systematic, logical and scientific manner.

We are currently looking at utilizing the blockchain technology to acquire all information on a “seed to customer” basis. We are also in the process of using RAIN and RFID technology to provide additional supportive information to blockchain. This system will allow the EU (or respective Government authority) to issue a mathematical code, probably into a bar code format that will precisely track and confirm the origin, components, manufacture and compliance throughout. Every transaction and batch will be regulated and electronically stored, which will protect the EU regulations, the manufacturer/wholesale, the importer/retail and finally, the customer.

In our quest for product conformity, we have established a system specifically designated to applying the latest technologies. From inception, choosing the right genetics of seed, to planting in pristine soil conditions. The process starts with choosing experienced hemp growers to take the plant to a GMP certified facility for extraction. Here they are able to create many different profiles and forms of the CBD Extract for commercial use in large scale.
